Why this price
Unitree makes this joint motor itself and does not sell it, so this is not its price. It is the price of comparable robot joint actuators a builder can buy today that also pack a brushless motor, planetary gearing and encoders into one unit and reach about 120 Nm of peak torque, like the G1's hip roll and knee motors. A robot maker building its own motors in volume would likely pay much less per joint.
Our own figure, not a price from any company.
